Individual therapy is a collaborative, one-on-one space designed to support deep healing and lasting change. It is where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences with professional guidance and support. Individual therapy offers time set aside just for you— your story, your struggles, and your goals— without judgement or pressure.
Individual therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about supporting your growth, healing, and resilience. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety or depression, processing past experiences, navigating relationships, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and aligned, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
Together, we can explore how past experiences— including trauma, attachment wounds, and early relationship— may continue to influence your present life. We will explore what’s beneath the surface, including emotional wounds, stress, relationship patterns, trauma or life transitions that may be holding you back.
In one-on-one therapy, I draw from a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. My approach is integrative, meaning I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, we collaborate to find what works best for you.
I often incorporate EMDR to help process and resolve trauma and distressing life experiences, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with life’s challenges more effectively. I also integrate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, which focus on the mind-body connection and support nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional awareness.
