I'm Nazli (Naaz-Lee), a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience in trauma therapy. I support individuals navigating acute and chronic trauma, anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of life transitions. My approach is holistic, relational, and deeply rooted in the understanding that healing involves both the mind and the body. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe, attuned space where they can feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
In my work, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Alongside these approaches, I incorporate somatic and nervous system regulation techniques to help my clients develop greater awareness of their body’s responses to stress and trauma. By focusing on grounding, regulation, and embodied safety, my clients are able to build resilience, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, and nervous system regulation. My goal is not just symptom relief, but deeper healing that supports long-term emotional balance, self-trust, and well-being.
